- We collect only what we need: messages you send us, anonymous Cynt chats, and basic technical logs.
- Cynt chats are anonymous and never shown to other visitors. AI providers process them to write answers.
- We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers.
- We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
What this policy covers
Cyntri AI is based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what Cyntri AI collects when you use cyntriai.org, Cynt, and the live DeFi agents dashboard at cyntriai.org/livetestnet, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we store your name, email, company (if you add it), the area you're interested in, and your message. We use them only to reply and to work with you.
When you chat with Cynt
- Your messages and Cynt's replies. They are linked to a random ID stored in your browser, not to your name.
- A scrambled version of your network address, used only to apply daily question limits. We don't store your actual IP address with your chats.
- The page you chatted on.
When you connect a wallet
If you connect a wallet to the live dashboard, we read your public wallet address to show your own view. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain by nature. We never have access to your private keys.
Technical data
Our hosting and database providers keep standard logs such as request times and error reports, which help us keep the services running and secure.
What your browser stores
We use your browser's local storage, not advertising cookies, to remember your Cynt conversation and random chat ID, and, if you connected one, your wallet address on the live dashboard. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings, or start a new Cynt chat with the "New chat" button.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and reply to enquiries.
- To run the services, apply limits and prevent abuse.
- To improve Cynt, for example by reviewing anonymous conversations to spot wrong or unclear answers.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
We use trusted providers to run the services. They process data on our behalf:
- AI model providers (currently Google and Groq, with DeepSeek as a backup) receive the text of your Cynt messages, together with public live data, so they can write the answer. They don't receive your name or email. Free AI services may use submitted text to improve their products, so please don't share sensitive information with Cynt.
- Supabase stores our database, in Singapore.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Public blockchains and wallet apps, when you use wallet features.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Cynt conversations: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Contact form messages: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
- Technical logs: kept by our providers for their standard periods.
Security
Only our team can read stored enquiries and conversations; visitors can't read other people's data. Our AI keys and admin keys are kept on our servers, never in the website's code. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own wallet safe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@cyntriai.org or through our contact form. For a Cynt chat, tell us roughly when you chatted and what you asked so we can find it, since chats aren't linked to your name. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
Children
The services are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and will delete it if we learn we have.
Data outside your country
Our providers operate in several countries, including Singapore and the United States, so your data may be processed outside your own country.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
