About these terms

Cyntri AI is based in Lahore, Pakistan. These terms apply when you use cyntriai.org, Cynt (our AI assistant), the live DeFi agents dashboard at cyntriai.org/livetestnet, or any other Cyntri AI service (together, the "services"). "Cyntri AI", "we" and "us" mean the team that operates cyntriai.org. By using the services you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimers. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

Who can use the services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You must not use the services where doing so is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.

What we offer

• Cynt, a free AI assistant with a daily question limit.
• DeFi Agents live dashboard, where anyone can watch AI agents manage stablecoins in the founder's own wallet. Watching is free.
• DeFi Agents subscription, opening soon, where the agents manage stablecoins in your own wallet. Its price and conditions will be shown before you sign up.
• Custom AI projects such as agents, trading systems, publishing platforms and data solutions, built under a separate written scope and quote.

We may change, pause or stop any free service at any time.

Using Cynt

• Cynt's answers are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check anything important before relying on it.
• Cynt does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and does not quote binding prices. Prices for projects come only from a written quote from our team.
• Don't share passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive personal or company data with Cynt.
• Conversations are stored anonymously and may be reviewed to improve Cynt, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Daily limits apply. Don't try to get around them, overload the service, or make Cynt produce harmful content.

DeFi Agents

The live dashboard

The live dashboard shows AI agents working on the founder's own wallet, with real money, for demonstration. The amounts are small and results so far say nothing certain about future results.

The subscription (when it opens)

• It is non-custodial. Your funds stay in your own wallet, you keep your private keys, and you approve transactions in your wallet.
• DeFi carries real risk of loss, including smart-contract failures, stablecoin de-pegging, network problems and changing yields. See our Disclaimers.
• You decide whether to use it and how much to use it with. We don't guarantee any yield or protect you against losses.
• The fee, how it is charged and how to stop will be shown to you before you sign up.

Custom projects

When you hire us to build something, a written scope, quote or contract describes what we'll deliver, the price, timing, and who owns what. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins for that project.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to access systems, data or accounts you aren't allowed to;
• scrape, overload or disrupt the services, or get around limits and security;
• impersonate Cyntri AI or its team.

Intellectual property

The website, Cynt, the dashboards, our code and our brand belong to Cyntri AI. You may use the services for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them. Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in each project agreement.

Third-party services

The services rely on others, including blockchains, DeFi protocols such as Aave, Compound and Morpho, wallet apps, hosting and AI model providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their failures, fees or changes.

No warranties

The free services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Cyntri AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from market movements, blockchain or protocol failures, or your wallet's security. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using the services and that causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover it.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the services means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that can't be changed by agreement.
