By accessing cyntriai.org, participating in the $CYNT presale, or using any Cyntri AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited
• Not be on any economic sanctions or restricted parties lists
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Services

Cyntri AI provides:

• Predictive AI platform for DeFi intelligence
• Autonomous agents for yield optimization
• Multi-chain data analysis and risk assessment
• $CYNT token presale participation
• Dashboard and governance tools (post-TGE)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

4. Token Presale

4.1 Purchase Terms

By participating in the presale:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Tokens are subject to vesting (1-month cliff, 6-month linear)
• 10% unlocks at TGE, remaining 90% vests monthly
• Soft cap of $10,000 per wallet address applies

4.2 Token Delivery

Tokens will be claimable via dashboard after Token Generation Event (TGE). TGE date will be announced in advance. We reserve the right to modify timing as needed.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• All transactions made through your wallet
• Any loss due to compromised security

CRITICAL: We will NEVER ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

5.2 Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws including securities regulations, tax requirements, AML/KYC where applicable, and local restrictions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use services for illegal purposes
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use bots or automated tools without permission
• Interfere with platform operations
• Impersonate team members or other users
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, and branding are proprietary to Cyntri AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

8. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Merchantability or fitness for particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of predictions
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security from vulnerabilities or attacks

We do NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for losses caused by:

• Third-party actions (hacks, scams, phishing)
• Wallet security breaches
• Blockchain network issues or gas fees
• Market volatility or price fluctuations
• Regulatory changes or force majeure events

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyntri AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of services
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law
